Chicago Riverwalk Engagement Session Photos

Spring is finally here in Chicago! Sabrina + Jorge took advantage of the weather to get outside for their eSession! It was a little chilly, but the sun kept us warm! I’m still loving the Chicago Riverwalk built last summer – if you haven’t made it down to walk along the river or under the bridges, you need to put that on your Chicago to-do list!

I’ve been wanting to shoot this photo, or some variation of it since last year! I ran (literally) across the river to capture this unique photo of the future bride and groom to-be! I love the strong lines and leafless branches juxtaposed to the soft embrace!

Whenever I can have it…I always incorporate a little sun flare into my engagement photos! And for those that don’t know, there is a City Winery location along the riverwalk!

This photo of Sabrina + Jorge is in a reflection! Shout out to Jorge who wanted to stop and take a creative picture with it! I also love the strong steel beams of the bridge juxtaposed with the flowing river…and don’t forget about the sun flare!
