From DC to Chicago!

Rachel + Daniel met and live in the Virginia/Washington DC area…and they just celebrated their wedding here in Rachel’s hometown of Chicago! I was excited to photograph these two after getting to know them during their Washington DC engagement session.

They just got back from their honeymoon…and I wanted to share their wedding pictures with you! Here’s one of my favorites from their creative portrait photos in downtown Lake Forest, IL.

Korean Wedding Ceremony!

Daniel is so good with relationships…and I love how much respect he pays Rachel’s father when he shakes his hand…and in Korean culture…it’s really important how you treat your elders-

Coopers Hawk Wedding Reception

Their wedding reception was held at Cooper’s Hawk – Here’s a photo of their wedding cake-

The intimate room at Coopers Hawk for the wedding reception. The wine barrels add the perfect amount of ambiance!

Though they specialize in wine…they had some champagne for the newlyweds!
