Once upon a time…Chef Brittany + Chef Vaidotas met while working in a restaurant kitchen. They dreamed about owning their own business. To create amazing food together. To exceed clients expectations. To be more than just another average catering company.
Truffleberry Market was created 5 years ago. And in that short time…their kitchen has expanded and their clients remember the extra Truffleberry touch that makes their work so amazing. I am thankful to have witnessed their growth and to see them flourish together…and I was thankful to have been apart of their 5th year anniversary – A very special Truffleversary!

Chicago’s First Lady Boat Private Party Fireworks Tour
To celebrate their 5th Anniversary, Truffleberry Market hosted a private party…a small gathering of friends and family aboard the Chicago First Lady! The view of the Navy Pier fireworks from the boat was amazing! Lake Michigan and the Chicagos skyline never looked so good! =)

We rode up and down the Chicago river before heading out to the open waters on Lake Michigan.

I still remember Brittany’s heartfelt toast at her wedding in Cabo San Lucas…and she gave another one aboard the First Lady.
I truly love how Brittany + Vaido recognize and appreciate all their employees…they are a team and it was great to see them all celebrating together-
And then the Navy Pier Fireworks began!
