Everything was perfect for Cory + Bill’s wedding at the Intercontinental Chicago Magnificent Mile! The thunderstorms held off for us to have two sets of photos on the rooftop – it boasts one of the best views of the city and we captured some epic pictures for them!

We headed upstairs to the exclusive rooftop space at the Intercontinental Chicago Magnificent Mile-

Love how you can see the horizon for this vantage point (for all the out of town guests – we do not have any elevation changes here in the Chicagoland area – the only way to get a view like this is be in a tall building!)

Same Sex Marriage Chicago // Photos Along Michigan Avenue

We took a walk down Michigan Avenue for photos along the Chicago Riverwalk. One of the best features of the Intercontinental is the location. The river is just a block away-

We finished the outdoor portion of their photo session with a picture showcasing the Intercontinental and their Pride flag! We slowed the shutter speed to add a little motion blur to the cars driving by-

Same Sex Marriage Chicago // King Arthur Court Wedding Ceremony

The Jewish wedding ceremony is the signing of the Ketubah – Though it took a little extra effort, this room at the Intercontinental Chicago is so nice! Almost feels like we are in someone’s living room. They did a wonderful job remodeling this space.

Joseph’s Event’s created beautiful centerpieces. The greenery + little lanterns added some texture and color to their Renaissance Room-

After their first dance, we snuck back up to the rooftop to take their night time wedding pictures-

And then it was time for one of the best Jewish wedding day traditions: The Hora!

In addition to the standard desserts, they also had Chinese pasteries!
