Chicago Engagement Photos
What a perfect day in Chicago for an engagement photo session! The weather in June has been so unpredictable…I’ve had to reschedule almost every shoot in June! But patience paid off big time for Monica + Jack!
Before we get started, I want to share my favorite engagement picture with Buckingham Fountain at night and the Chicago skyline in the background. I love the wind blowing the water and the way the red lights decorate the fountain. Make sure you scroll down to see more Buckingham Fountain Photos!
West Loop Engagement Photos
We found some colored walls in the West Loop that made for a great backdrop for these engagement photos- I love their smiles and emotions!
I smile when I look at this photo =)
We found a tunnel to take this clean + timeless photo of them!
Love the gritty + industrial feel of this photo in the West Loop. The peeling paint and setting sun help make a great photograph!
Monica + Jack looked amazing! So simple…but so beautiful-
Kinzie Street Bridge
We went onto the Kinzie Street bridge for this engagement photo to get the Chicago Willis tower in the background- and I love their smiles!
The setting sun and this bridge made for a creative engagement session photo!
I love the juxtaposition of the steel beams and bridge with the warmth of the sun and their embrace!
We stopped by a local lounge for these relaxing photos!
The bare bulb light fixture and tall grass helped make this photo feel so romantic!
Buckingham Fountain at Night
And we ended the night at the iconic Chicago Buckingham Fountain! I love the colors! Chicago looks amazing – as does Monica + Jack =)
A picture of their romantic dance in front of Buckingham Fountain – it doesn’t get any better!
Thanks for a great engagement session Monica + Jack! There were so many amazing engagement photos! The weather was perfect and I love your energy! Thank you for a great engagement session!
with love,
your Chicago engagement photographer,
Kenny
