It was such a pleasure to spend time w/Poonam’s family during her pre-wedding festivities. The Sangeet, Mehndi, Mandap Muhrat & Grah Shanti were held at Poonam’s parent’s home! So many friends and family members came to celebrate!

The basement was set up by the priest for their Mandap Muhrati & Grah Shanti ceremonies!

One of my favorite prewedding ceremony action photos-

I’m not an Indian wedding expert by any means…but here are some younger family members hammering in some wooded rods.

Outside of the home…the bride’s father and the men set up these wooden rods & candles.

And one last photo of the pre-wedding ceremonies! Auntie’s & uncles surround the future bride and her parents…all connected by a red & white rope.
