But for now…I want to share my favorite wedding picture on the gorgeous staircase in the lobby of the JW Marriott Chicago!

Getting Ready at the JW Marriott Chicago with Vera Wang!

We started the morning getting ready w/Susan at the JW Marriott Chicago– I love the modern look of the rooms and Susan’s matron of honor (and past client!), Jennie, hung her gorgeous Vera Wang wedding dress in the perfect location!

The bride collects these ampersands and she wanted them incorporated into her wedding details. I put all her jewelry: her earrings, rings, necklaces, veil pin & bird cage veil all on the ampersand!

And I wasn’t finished, I put her Prada shoes on the ampersand too! I love the combination of typeface & the elegance/sexy look of her high heels!

Her letterpress invitations by Articulations Events – I love how they incorporated the bride + groom’s silhouettes into the letterpress! You’ll see more silhouette goodness throughout their wedding!

A getting ready photo with her reflection in a mirror – Holly from Chicago Bridal Hair and Makeup did a great job with her hair and makeup!

The pink lipstick is the perfect touch!

I’m loving this ‘shimmy’ photo – love between sister! =)

I decided to photograph her silhouette since this was a theme of their wedding!

My second shooter Tom did a great job of photographing the guys-

As part of their gift to all the bridesmaids and groomsmen – they received a silhouette done by Susan herself!
