Gorgeous Views of Chicago at this Wedding
Here’s one of my favorites from this wedding – This photo was taken at Promontory Point – the blue sky and the Chicago skyline make this the perfect photo for the bride and groom to enlarge and hang on a wall!
We started Amy + Anil’s wedding day at the iconic Chicago Swissotel…it’s right on the Chicago river with a perfect view of downtown! I wanted to find the right background for her wedding dress photo – with the Wrigley Building right behind it!

I went to Anil’s suite where he was putting on his Burberry suit-

Promontory Point Wedding Ceremony Photography
As guests arrived at Promontory Point, they could write a little note for the bride & groom’s personalized game of Jenga!
The groom walking in…and you can see all the wonderful stone work of Promontory Point.
The cute flower girl and ring bearer were focused on the task at hand.
And so the wedding is ready to begin!
I glanced back to see the emotions beginning to show! =)
A small intimate wedding at Promontory Point. It’s right on Lake Michigan…away from the hustle and bustle of Chicago.

A cute cake was surrounded by Molly’s cupcakes for the guests to eat after the wedding ceremony!
After the cake cutting we stepped outside for some photos around Promontory Point!
Promontory Point has an amazing view of the city as you can see behind them!

LaSalle St Bridge Wedding Photography
We decided to stop and take photos at the LaSalle St Bridge on the way to their lunch reception-
Right down the Chicago river you can see Marina City in the background! I love the shape of our Chicago bridges – they are all different and unique!
Lunch Reception at Cafe Baba Reeba
They held their lunch reception at one of the best Tapas restaurants in the city, Cafe Baba Reeba!
Groomsmen toast to welcome the guests-

And one last photo from their wedding…their impromptu first dance!
