Chicago Polish Wedding Photos!
There are so many amazing wedding pictures from this wedding…I don’t even know where to start! Marzena + Jesse put so much into their special day and it was such a touching wedding – tears were flowing when they made a stop to visit the Bride’s late father at the cemetery! But here’s my favorite photo from their wedding – I love this location…abandoned ruins! Such an urban feel! I have not found wedding photos at this location online…it was amazing!!! It took me hours (literally) to find this place!
It was great to work with a couple that appreciates my creative & unique wedding photography. They couldn’t wait for their engagement session as they love the high end fashion look I bring to my imagery. Be sure to check out their Chicago engagement photos blog post to see their eSession pictures!

A shout out to my second shooter Tom Yan who did a great job photographing Jesse as he was getting ready –

We headed out to some abandoned ruins for their bridal party wedding photos! Such a cool space & unique space – enjoy these photos!
A photo of her all white wedding bouquet
The gorgeous bride! I love the juxtaposition of beauty & urban decay…the abandoned ruins made for such a cool backdrop! So hard to find places like this in the Chicago area!
And I love this portrait of her- what a look!
Jesse was so happy to see his bride! Jesse was sporting a grey tuxedo-
The ladies popping with color in their blue bridesmaid dresses and pink bouquets!
Love their smiles in this photo!
Again- the urban abandoned ruins –
We headed back to Marzena’s house for a Polish wedding tradition- a blessing by the parents…no doubt her late father was on her mind- Chicago has such a large Polish population – I’m surprised this was the first time I photographed this ceremony!
We headed to Cistercian Fathers Our Lady Mother of the Church in Willow Springs, IL – pink petals on the custom aisle runner
Pink rose globes
The grand entrance!
Another Polish cultural tradition – the throwing of coins at the newly weds!
And they had a dove release! I got lucky with a photo of the perfect outstretched wings of the dove!
We visited the grave of Marzena’s late father…what a special moment –
A reflection of the bride on her father’s tombstone-
Their wedding reception was held at Boback’s Signature Events at Seven Bridges
A couple bridal party photos- Love the blue & pink colors with the setting sun!
We took advantage of the modern look of Boback’s Signature Events at Seven Bridges for this bridal party picture
Empty room picture at Bobacks Signature Events at Seven Bridges. The blue and pink look great in the room!
They had a lounge area near the patio – white leather modern sofas with pink roses-
Wedding cake photo!
A large white lounge sofa for the bride & groom at their sweetheart table-
They had a dessert bar set up- what a set up by Boback’s Signature Events!
Their first dance on their custom Blue & Pink dance floor!
She’s so happy on her wedding night!
I ran off the dance floor for this photo from a different perspective-
They tossed a blindfolded Jesse like he was a stuffed animal! Timing is everything when it comes to a photo – I tried to get it at the peak of their toss!
And Marzena was leading the dancing train!
Congratulations again Marzena & Jesse! What a wonderful day! You both are such wonderful people and it was obvious by the good time had by all! And thank you for welcoming us to your Polish wedding celebration! I enjoyed all the Polish festivities and food! =)
