Nick & Danica’s eSession!

One really cool thing about being a photographer: the opportunity to meet up with old friends. I have known Nick and Danica since their freshman year at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. We were in the in the same small group that year with the infamous ‘Von Steuben’ Crew. Nick and I were also in SG two years later when we had numerous battles in NFL 2k1…those were the days.
So we met at the Buckingham Fountain, only to find it TURNED OFF! Boo on the Chicago Park District for shutting it off on such a gorgeous day! Since these guys are also my friends, I tried some new things during this eSession…getting a little ‘experimental’ with my shots and post process.

I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I have during the editing process…Nick & Danica: thanks for being so patient with these photos…but I think it was worth it!
