Michael & Amanda’s Wedding!

Michael & Amanda are both strong in their faith. And because of God’s love for them, they both seek to show His love towards others. A number of years ago, both of them were serving at a camp for children with special needs…Camp Barnabas. It was here, while serving the Lord, that they first met.

Through hearing their story and getting to know them these past few months, I found it a privilege to serve these two on their wedding day. Here are a few photos from their engagement session that we had back in July.

So to start off their wedding photos, I thought it appropriate to begin with a table they had out at the reception. Raising awareness for Camp Barnabas as well as accepting monetary gifts. Their ceremony was held at Moody Church in Chicago, IL. Michael & Amanda were sure to clear out plenty of time for some creative portraits of the bridal party and of just the two of them! I love it when I have time to be creative! =)

I have seen more than a number of different interpreters through the years…but this woman was the best bar none. Her signing through the worship songs was amazing. It was an act of worship in itself.
